P.E.I. update on COVID-19: Charlottetown health-care worker tests positive – July 13, 2020

In Charlottetown, Dr. Heather Morrison, the chief public health officer of Prince Edward Island, announces that a worker at a Charlottetown hospital has tested positive for COVID-19 (coronavirus disease). The worker was tested as part of contact tracing for another positive case, a woman in her 80s who was a patient at the hospital in early July. Neither of the two new cases is believed to be linked to another recent cluster in the province. Dennis King, the premier of , also takes part in the news conference.
